Kalasattva Chair Yoga is a gentle practice derived from the principles of Traditional Hatha Yoga, from the lineage of Swami Sivananda, adapting classic postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation for a seated or chair-supported experience.
Our focus is on simplified poses for building flexibility within available reach.
It is especially well suited for adults with limited flexibility, mobility challenges, or those returning to exercise.
By improving strength, balance, posture, and mindfulness in a safe and accessible way, our Chair Yoga would help participants enjoy the many benefits of yoga with confidence and comfort.
Mondays: at 7am
Session duration: 50 minutes.
Classes are held on Zoom with verbal as well as actual pose instruction and feedback.
